Experience

Production manager

6  years as Production manager of the biggest Portuguese PVC work-boots injection factory, responsible for the planing and control of the production, 130 people, stocks and recycling.

15  years as Production manager in two different plastic injection factories, with the same responsibilities, plus definition and control of all the molds for plastics, member of the Administration Board, plus the Buying department and IT sectors.

Experience in Certification according to 9002 ISO Quality Assurance System, later to 9001 ISO (own product conception).

Started programming in Cobol 29 years ago. Then in Assembler with my good old Spectrum machine 22 years ago, and never stopped since..

Programming in C and Delphi now for some years.

Built a few Linux servers and workstations, some of which still work non-stop after 5 years, working as email, web and network servers.

4 years forming people on Plastic and mold technology and basic hydraulics.

Consulting in Plastics and Mold making technology and organization.

External formator on CENFIM (Formating Center Marinha Grande).
